Is BAMS another job-management system?

BAMS focuses on asset identity, recorded activity and supporting information. Your Ops product continues to handle the work itself. We’ll show you where the two meet in your selected setup.

Do we have to change our unit numbers?

No. Your internal asset name stays separate from manufacturer, registration and other official references. Your team can use the name it knows without losing the identifying details behind it.

What about miles, kilometres and operating hours?

The useful reading depends on the asset. Vehicle records may use miles or kilometres; equipment and vessels may use hours. We’ll confirm the readings and entry options supported in your chosen product.

Is this live location tracking?

An asset record or a check-in is not continuous GPS tracking. Location, assignment and usage information depend on what your connected product records. A physical asset action alone does not provide live location.

Does opening a field action make our records public?

No. Private business records still require the appropriate access. Field actions are intended to open the relevant task, not expose your asset history to anyone nearby.

How do we get started, and what does it cost?

BAMS is a paid product. Tell us about your assets, your team and the Ops product you use. We’ll demonstrate the relevant capabilities and confirm the asset allowance, price and setup scope before you commit. Additional custom work is agreed separately.
